Session will be ~12 weeks starting in late February!
Group includes a weekly traning plan with group walk/run every Wednesday night at 5:30pm.
Get a training plan and come out and run with like minded people reaching for the same goal and to stay fit.
1. Weekly coached group runs
2. Personalized training plan each week to prepare for fitness/race
3. Education on proper form, fueling, pacing, stretching, and more
4. Online social group for support and supplement coaching
5. Contact with coach through email to answer questions and discuss issues
6. Pre-Race discussion to address race day strategies and guidance
